“Henry VIII’s wives”

The ghost of Catherine Howard is known to haunt Hampton Court

In London you can barely move without crossing paths with one of the ghosts of Henry VIII’s wives. In Hampton Court you can find the Haunted Gallery, named for the ghost of Catherine Howard, who is sometimes seen floating down the gallery. Before disappearing through a door she turns back and screams.

Another one of Henry’s wives, Jane Seymour, is sometimes seen walking through the courtyard of Clock Court holding a lit torch.

Across London in the Tower, the headless ghost of Anne Boleyn, who was executed on Henry’s orders, can be seen walking corridors terrifying tourists.
